人物小传：王聪，1992年7月生，江苏丰县人，西北工业大学副教授、硕士生导师，国家级创新人才，IEEE/CAA/CSIG/CCF/CAAI/CSIAM会员。2021年6月毕业于西安电子科技大学，获工学博士学位，导师周孟初教授（美国发明家科学院院士、IEEE Fellow）和李志武教授（IEEE Fellow）。同年7月，进入西北工业大学博士后流动站，合作导师李学龙教授（欧洲科学院院士、IEEE/AAAI/IAPR/ACM Fellow）。入选中国博士后创新人才支持计划(2021)、教育部春晖计划(2022)、中国科协优秀中外青年交流计划(2018)和陕西省科协青年托举人才计划(全省第一,2023)。目前研究兴趣主要在G图像处理、模糊理论与应用、小波分析及应用等方向。已完成英文学术专著1部，教材1部，出版1个Book Chapter，发表学术论文29篇，公开发明专利6项。承担科研项目23项(其中，国家级9项(主持国科金重点专项1项、青年项目1项、科技部重大项目子课题1项)，省部级3项)、教育教学项目7项。荣获IEEE ICICN最佳青年科学家奖(2023)、陕西省优秀博士学位论文奖(2023)、中国图象图形学学会优秀博士学位论文提名奖(2022)，担任IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems (IF: 11.9, TOP)等5个国际期刊的编委和23个国际会议的程序委员会主席、出版主席、分会主席等，长期担任57个国际顶级期刊和重要会议的审稿人，多次受邀在国内外会议/研讨会上作报告。指导研究生获IEEE国际会议最佳学生论文奖(2023)。
